I envision a world where women are empowered, confident & flowing effortlessly with their hormones. I believe the entire world benefits when women are well.

My health struggles began over 20 years ago, when I was no longer able to eat a meal without pain. For over a decade I met with specialists, underwent medical investigations and took my prescribed medications with no hint of improvement. By the time I had started university I was frustrated, exhausted and struggling to perform at my best. In addition to my digestive issues, I had developed hormonal acne, heavy & painful periods and had completely lost my ability to concentrate. That’s when I finally decided to explore a different path to health.

You can imagine how surprised I was when my symptoms began to disappear just three weeks after my first naturopathic appointment. Yes, all those symptoms were connected. Once I addressed the root cause of my poor health, everything fell into place. This is why I am so passionate about empowering women to reclaim their health! My personal health struggles and successes have informed the way I think about medicine and wellness.
